Yesterday at 6pm EST our presale on Dx-Sale launched. With an amazing time of 15 minutes we filled our hardcap of 500 BNB, that’s the strength of our great community!
Unfortunately the launch didn’t go as expected. This article gives you an honest overview of what happened and the next steps we are gonna take.
Transparency is key for us and you deserve to know what’s going on.

Sad Pepe

Why was the presale cancelled?

DX-Sale has an “emergency exit SALE” function which gives people the right to file a form and report a possible scam to their team.
Unfortunately, some outside people or from our own community reported us as a possible fraud to DX as we found out by speaking to one of their team members this morning.
They received a total of 45 reports which led to their decision to cancel the sale by themselves to protect their users.
This is unexpected and we are surprised by these many reports since we have been transparent from the beginning by providing an audit, detailed tokenomics and launch details.

What happens now?

Most important, claim your contributed BNB on the Dx-Sale page. Once you click “claim”, it shows a value of 0 in the transaction but don’t worry, you get your full amount refunded.
Dx-Sale promised us to not cancel the second sale that we’re planning to launch soon.
We have to create a new contract which holders will have to add to their wallets, we requested an audit upgrade for this so the audit will be valid for the new contract.

Team Locks and Solution

As some of you know from our announcements and/or chatter in the group, we had an issue with locking our team wallets. Dx-Lock only lets you lock the wallet that is connected to their D-app. We wrongfully expected that we can lock each of the team members wallets all at once, without being in possession of their private-keys.
Heading into the second presale, each team member will lock their wallet on their own BEFORE we start a countdown for presale.
This way we can provide everybody with the proof that our wallets are locked, we’re legit and we’re here for the longterm.

Conclusion

This sale didn’t go as expected, not for the community and not for the team. We didn’t think we could get shut down by our own members or outside people that have whatever reason to report us.
Regardless it’s a good lesson for us and the community, and we now have the ability to improve security by doing our locks ahead of the sale.
The new launch will be announced on all our socials and discord with an early enough notice so everyone has time to get ready.
